In this context, the recruitment process at Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions is conducted with great precision and by maintaining high standards. All our employees must adhere to ethical and behavioral rules, and they are expected to comply with the requirements of being an internationally accredited school by the Council of International Schools (CIS), including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and Child Protection standards. Applications are carefully reviewed based on these criteria for all candidates applying for a position.

Teacher Applications Candidates applying for a teaching position should:

  • Have teaching experience.
  • Be eligible to be appointed as a teacher in the relevant subject according to the regulations of the Ministry of National Education.
  • For subjects taught in English, such as mathematics, science, physics, chemistry, biology, graduates from English-language education departments of universities are preferred. While foreign language proficiency is not required for subjects such as Turkish Language and Literature, Social Sciences, it is preferable that the candidate knows English and has completed a Master's/Doctorate in the relevant field.

Evaluation of Candidates

Applications are collected in a pool by the Human Resources Department, and candidates suitable for the open position are investigated. Candidates suitable for the position are invited for an interview. The first interview is conducted by the relevant manager of the position. At this stage, the language proficiency of candidates selected for courses taught in a foreign language is measured in written and oral form.

Candidates are required to choose one of the given topics and write a composition/essay and perform a trial lesson. Based on the evaluation, candidates determined to have the most suitable knowledge, skills, and experience for the position are invited for a second interview. The second interview is conducted by senior management. After this interview, the suitable candidate is offered a job by the Human Resources Department.

Candidates found unsuitable during job interviews are notified that they cannot be placed in the evaluated position, and their information is stored in the application pool for one year to be evaluated for other positions.

It is important for applicants to keep their resumes up-to-date for each academic year.
