28 March 2025 Friday

Codeavour 6.0 is a global competition that encourages students in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, and coding, aiming to enhance their problem-solving skills through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Participants develop projects focused on sustainability, social benefit, and innovation, shaping the technologies of the future. At the Codeavour 6.0 Turkey Championship held on Saturday, March 15, Eyüboğlu College students Duru DEMİRCİ and Asya ÇAĞLAYAN qualified for the World Championship with their project "GeoFlame," a real-time monitoring and reporting system that tracks environmental variables such as temperature, humidity, and gas levels to predict forest fires. Additionally, Eyüboğlu Çamlıca Secondary School students Ali Osman ŞEN and Kerem İsmail ÖZDEMİR earned the right to compete in the World Championship with their smart chair project, which monitors how long users remain seated and provides alerts when they sit for extended periods.

We congratulate our students and wish them success at the World Championship to be held in Doha, Qatar, in May!
