Exploring History Through Freedom 250
11 June 2026 Thursday
This year marks the 250th anniversary of the United States, founded on July 4, 1776.
As part of these commemorations, we were pleased to host the Founders Museum traveling exhibition in collaboration with the U.S. Consulate General.
We were honored to welcome U.S. Consul General Michael LALLY to the opening of the exhibition. Bringing together the stories, ideas, and foundational documents that helped shape American democracy, the exhibition offered our students a meaningful opportunity to reflect on leadership, civic engagement, and the enduring value of education.
During his visit, Consul General Michael LALLY met with our Chairperson Cenk EYÜBOĞLU to discuss potential partnerships and explore future opportunities for collaboration in education and cultural exchange. This meaningful exchange further highlighted the strong and lasting partnership between the United States and Türkiye through education, culture, and shared values.
Consul General LALLY also had the opportunity to congratulate our students who achieved World First Place in the Instant Challenge category at Destination Imagination, recognizing their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills on the global stage.
We extend our sincere thanks to Consul General Michael LALLY and the dedicated team at the U.S. Consulate General for their support, partnership, and contribution to making this meaningful exhibition possible.
