Third Meeting within the New Generation Ethical Leaders Program!

As part of the New Generation Ethical Leaders Program, carried out in collaboration with the Ethics and Reputation Association (TEID), our Grade 11 students came together with Attorney Filiz Toprak ESİN Co-Founding Partner of Karaduman & Esin Law Firm, and Attorney Tuğba DOĞRU BARUTÇUOĞLU, Legal and Compliance Counsel at Mey Diageo. During the session titled “Diversity and Inclusion in the Business World,” our students discovered that differences are not only a source of individual richness but also a fundamental element that supports organizations’ creativity, innovation capacity, and long-term success. Through real-life examples, the value that diversity in gender, culture, perspectives, and experience brings to the workplace was discussed, while students had the opportunity to explore how an inclusive organizational culture can be built and how biases can be challenged. As future leaders, they realized that an approach grounded in equality and inclusion strengthens both trust in the business world and social solidarity.
