Ethical Leadership and Decision-Making Training

As part of the Next Generation Ethical Leaders Certificate Program, launched in collaboration with the Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD) for our Grade 11 students, Lawyer Mr. Altuğ ÖZGÜN, Member of the TEİD Board of Directors, met with students during the first module of the program titled “Ethical Leadership and Decision-Making.”

During the session, students had the opportunity to explore the fundamental principles of ethical leadership and discuss how to act with fairness and responsibility when facing complex ethical dilemmas in professional life. Gaining insight into the decisive role that ethical values play in both personal integrity and institutional trust, students also developed a deeper awareness of the responsibilities that come with future leadership roles.

With strong student engagement, this dynamic session offered a meaningful learning experience that significantly contributed to the development of ethical thinking skills.
