STUDENT PRESENTATIONS

All participating schools are required to provide at least one student presentation. Schools with a large student body are expected to make more presentations. All presentation sessions are limited to 30 minutes. (Presentation: 20 minutes, Question & Answer: 10 minutes.) To make the sessions more productive and beneficial, it is important for teachers to check the presentations for both content and form.

TOK EXHIBITION

We want our students to practice TOK exhibitions at our conference and learn from each other. Therefore all participating schools are required to provide at least one TOK exhibition. One picture and a short summary of the TOK exhibition are to be uploaded to the padlet page. Here is the link: https://padlet.com/padeyb/tok2021_eyb

Please remember that the object chosen should be specific, not generic, pre-existing, not created for the purpose of the exhibition and need to represent itself, not abstract ideas.

PERCEPTION QUAKE

How do your students feel about the “Theory of Knowledge” course? What do they think about it? Do they describe their perception of knowledge as having changed over time?

Please provide us videos that clarifies your students’ view on TOK and its impact on them. We ask each school to send us a video so that we can collage it and present to all attendants at the opening.
